How do I reserve a gown?
Once you’ve found the one, your gown is secured during a private, in-store consultation. From there, your fitting journey begins—an initial appointment approximately six weeks before your wedding to capture precise measurements, followed by a final fitting two weeks prior. Every detail is considered. Every fit, perfected.
Your gown is reserved for a four-day window, allowing for a seamless and effortless experience from collection to return.

Is cleaning included?
Cleaning is impeccably handled for you. Each gown is professionally restored after wear, preserving its beauty for the next bride.We invite you to enjoy your gown fully—whether in a grand setting or an outdoor moment—while remaining mindful of delicate fabrics and finishes. In cases of significant or irreversible damage, a restoration or replacement fee may apply.
Rental period
Each gown is reserved exclusively for a four-day period. Extensions may be arranged at a daily rate, subject to availability.For destination weddings or multi-day celebrations, bespoke rental timelines can be curated. Brides celebrating across multiple moments may also explore our multi-gown offerings, designed with both versatility and elegance in mind.

When to reserve
We recommend reserving your gown at least six weeks in advance to ensure a seamless experience.For shorter timelines, a selection of gowns may be available for expedited reservations. If your wedding is within four weeks, we invite you to connect directly with a stylist for availability and guidance.

Alterations
Each rental includes a single, refined alteration session to ensure a polished fit through the shoulders, bust, waist, and hips. Length adjustments may be limited depending on the design and fabric.
To preserve the integrity of each piece, structural modifications or changes to lace and original design elements are not undertaken.
